Michelle has booked many trips for my family. I tell her where I would like to go and she sends me prices and different hotel options. She handles everything from air, hotel, transfers as well as excursions. She has provided a portfolio with everything I needed from day to day excursions and conformation numbers, with flight information and where to meet our drivers.
She researches the best travel insurance and prices for my needs. I have had to place a claim and she has taken care of the entire thing. I have had some wonderful vacation because of her, including Hawaii, Disney Cruise, Disneyland California trip to name a few.
